GENTLE SOMATIC YOGA

at Walking Together

Sera's unique approach, Somatic Pathways Yoga, is a trauma-informed approach to yoga, coupling gentle stretches with organic movements.

Somatic Pathways Yoga connects breathing with basic stretching, movement and strengthening poses, with plenty of options for you to do what works for you.

 

Somatic Pathways Yoga includes time for self-reflection too, with moments of mindfulness and a guided meditation at the end.

Feel refreshed and energized for the rest of your day!

Beginners Welcome - No Experience Necessary!

Mats and other props are available but

Please bring your mat if you have one. 

Please wear comfortable clothing that is easeful to move in,

and refrain from cologne or perfume. Thank You!​
